Course Fee includes course materials, tea breaks and lunches

The payment for the course fee is due strictly 14 days from the invoice date or 14 days prior to the Training Course start date, whichever is earlier.

The quoted course fee excludes GST. The course fee is subjected to prevailing government taxes.

Any attendee who wishes to make an attendee-replacement is required to notify us via email or phone prior to training course commencement date.

An attendee may cancel or reschedule the attendance of the training course, but the following charges will apply.

Should there be circumstances for ON Engineers to reschedule the course date(s), ON Engineers will notify attendees as early as possible. Attendees can choose to enroll for the next available date(s) or request for a 100% refund of the paid course fee.

When necessary, ON Engineers reserves the right to make alterations to the content, instructors, timing, venue or date of the training course compared to the advertised programme.

The attendee accepts that it is their responsibility to verify that the training course is suitable for his/her requirements and that the attendee has the necessary level of competence to be able to achieve the objectives of the training course. ON Engineers shall have no liability for any use of, or any inability to use, any material supplied or knowledge gained from participation in the training course.

ON Engineers's training course content and materials remain the copyright of ON Engineers. Unauthorized copying, picture taking, video recording or redistribution of any training course material, in any format, is strictly prohibited unless agreed in advance in writing by ON Engineers.

Your rights under this Agreement are not property rights and may not be transferred to third parties. You are not authorized to resell any participant places to any external or third parties without the prior written agreement of ON Engineers.

This agreement may not be amended except in a writing signed by both parties. No waiver of any terms of this Agreement occurs unless in writing signed by the party waiving its rights.

ON Engineers shall not be liable or deemed to be in default for any delay or failure in performance under this Agreement resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, or any causes beyond the reasonable control of ON Engineers.

All notices requests, demands, waivers and other communications under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given if delivered personally or by fax or e-mail or mailed.

By agreeing to this Term & Conditions, you are also consenting to ON Engineers use of your attendee’s contact details provided during the registration process to update you on further details regarding this training course. We will also include you on our mailing list, which we may use to contact you from time to time with information on our other activities and events. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time. ON Engineers will never provide your details to a third party without your prior consent as per our Personal Data Policy published on our website. We may however use your images during the training course in our website/publications. If you so choose to withdraw this, please write in to us to exclude your images in any of our publications.

The terms and conditions and details in this document represent a complete statement of the agreement between the parties and supersede all prior discussions, correspondence and representations. Our brochures and advertisements are for information purposes only and are not intended to form any agreement between ON Engineers and the recipient.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and changes will apply to any enrollment / training course order received after the date of the change. These terms and conditions may not be varied except in a written agreement signed by The Chief Executive Officer of ON Engineers. ON Engineers's acceptance of a purchase order containing different terms and conditions does not modify or supersede these terms and conditions. Waiver by ON Engineers of any of the terms herein or the granting of time or indulgence by ON Engineers to the Customer shall in no way affect ON Engineers's rights here under.
